Dating back to 1612, Château de Tourreau began with the construction of a chapel and first residence in 1614. The Château was built between 1750 and 1770 by François Bénézet de Tourreau, based on plans by architect Brun, and has evolved over the centuries while retaining its historic character.

Set within 20 acres of private grounds  it offers an elegant and historic setting for stays, weddings and private celebrations. The estate includes a consecrated chapel, French gardens, parkland, shaded terraces and a swimming pool, creating a rare sense of privacy and Provençal charm.

Accommodation is divided between the Château and the farmhouse, allowing guests to rent the Château on its own or with the additional farmhouse.

The Provençal kitchen is fully equipped for private dining, while the shaded 130-square-metre patio is ideal for lunches, cocktails and relaxed gatherings. Guests can also enjoy the estate’s wine cellar, featuring local wines from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vacqueyras and Gigondas, as well as the estate’s own olive oil.

Beside the swimming pool, a summer kitchen, dining area, terraces and sun loungers create a relaxed setting for outdoor meals. Nearby, the farmhouse offers seven additional suites arranged around a Roman-style patio filled with olive trees and jasmine.

For weddings, celebrations and private events, the estate offers a variety of outdoor settings, from the French gardens and parkland to the poolside terraces. A natural pathway links the different areas, allowing guests to experience the full beauty of the grounds throughout the event.
