La Bastidette Rose
Classic and immaculate Bastide set in a large Italian style park a few minutes’ from the centre of St Tropez, and close to the beaches. The property dates back thirty years and has been recently totally refurbished by the current owners, according to the strictest local standards and only using natural raw materials. The accommodation is provided in the main Bastide, the Guest House and the Pool House. The interiors are fresh and airy, and have been decorated in a typical local style. The living rooms are cooled by the overhead fans and thick walls, and by the breezes coming through the olive trees. The rest of the house is fully air-conditioned, with a choice of fans or air-conditioning in many of the bedrooms.
The entire property of 5 acres is totally fenced, and provides absolute peace, apart from the occasional helicopter landing guests nearby. The estate is planted with laurels, palm trees, cypress trees, olive trees, vines and some beautiful rose borders. There is a large covered terrace outside the living rooms for al fresco dining , and relaxing in the comfortable loungers.
Down some steps from the main terrace and lawn is the large heated swimming pool (14 x 6) with steps down from the pool terrace and Pool House. There is a fridge and bar, and shower room in the Pool House, and also a sound system, and separate wifi system.
Further steps lead down to the tennis court. Other facilities on the estate include Helipad, garage for 2 cars, and parking for many more, a boules court, gym, and a full alarm and security system.

Bedroom with French bed, and en-suite shower room. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and small terrace overlooking the vineyards. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
GUEST HOUSE
One double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Two twin rooms, one with en suite shower room, one with en-suite bathroom. Rooms are accessible from the garden.
The gym is on the lower floor, with independent access.
POOL HOUSE
Small kitchen. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Covered independent terrace.
Staff
- Maid service 6 hours daily, 5 days per week, payable locally.
