Just above a secluded sandy beach, in the bay of Cala di Volpe, a few minutes from the Cala di Volpe Hotel and golf course, this estate is one of the most exclusive in our portfolio. The villa is carved into the granite rocks, with wonderful views across the Mediterranean.
Garden filled with bougainvillea, olive trees and oleander. There are several terraces on different levels, with a lawn going down to the beach.
Swimming pool with jacuzzi, private access to the sea, small boat dock, tasteful and very comfortable interiors, highly qualified and gentle staff, all make this a very special place.

This is an historic villa in a corner of paradise overlooking the bay of Cala di Volpe, and only 50 metres from the beach, La Celvia, with its fine white sand, granite rocks, and crystal clear water. Created by the famous architect, Couelle, this property retains its original soul. The location is well known as one of the best on the coast, for its privacy and easy access to beautiful beaches, and close to the shops, bars and restaurants of Porto Cervo.

There is a large covered terrace overlooking the bay of Capriccioli, and a lovely BBQ area with covered dining terrace to the side of the house. There is a lush Mediteranean garden full of palms,oleander and bougainvillea, and a swimming pool, in a position overlooking the sea.

The property was tastefully renovated just over a year ago: the interiors are cool and airy, and have been decorated in a modern rustic style, with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors.

First Floor: Up a few steps to the master bedroom with 4 poster bed, with en suite bathroom, and private terrace. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.
