Paradou Hills

Provencal farmhouse of 300 sqm that can comfortably accommodate up to eight people with one hectare of garden and a sensational view of the Alpilles. The property is situated a few minutes from the village of Paradou and the famous Bistrot du Paradou.

There is direct access from the bedrooms to a large heated infinity pool, suspended over a hill and overlooking the mountains, forests and valleys of Provence. Large terraces surrounding the living areas offer true indoor-outdoor living, including a dedicated outdoor breakfast bar, dining table that accommodates large groups and outdoor barbeque. Volleyball court, petanque ground and a gym for all sports enthusiast. Guests also benefit from direct access onto hiking and biking trails.

On the upper level, large living room  of 40 sqm with its high bay windows opening onto a terrace with fire pit and outdoor lounge furniture. Cozy sofas, vibrant art pieces and antique pieces found in flea markets. On the opposite side – a large kitchen organized around a central island with stone countertops and elegant design. The kitchen continues the spirit of mixing old and new with the exposed beams and refurbished old wood flooring, fully equipped with Gaggenau appliances.

Downstairs, four spacious bedrooms including a master suite with large walk in wardrobe and bath with shower and bathtub. All rooms offer spectacular views of the surrounding nature and open up to the terrace with the infinity pool. For comfort, large beds with high end bedding with wool from local artisans, Aesop amenities and other facilities depending on the room. On this level also hides a special gem – a dimply lit, feature wine cellar stocked with local wines and liquors. On the lower level, for true relaxation – a state of the art sauna, as well as a massage room.
